Selection of the Heat Transfer Coefficient Using Swarming Algorithms

Abstract The article presents the use of swarming algorithms in selecting heat transfer coefficient, taking into account boundary condition IV types. Numerical calculations were made using proprietary TalyFEM program and classic form algorithms. A function was also used for calculations, which, during calculation, determined error approximate solution minimalised a pair individually employed algorithms, namely artificial bee colony (ABC) ant optimisation (ACO). tests carried out to select coefficient from one range. Describing geometry mesh 408 fine elements with 214 nodes, research two squares (one on top other) separated by layer κ coefficient. type III established right left both edges. upper lower edges isolated, imperfect contact between squares. Calculations ABC ACO, respectively, populations equal 20, 40 60 individuals 2, 6 12 iterations. In addition, each case, 0%, 1%, 2% 5% noise reference values considered. obtained results are satisfactory very close parameter. demonstrate possibility intelligence (AI) reconstruct value conduction modelling.
